Expand your cable training capabilities with the VForce Adjustable Lat Seat, a heavy-duty rack attachment designed for lat pulldowns, low rows, seated presses, reverse flys, and other cable exercises. Mounted to 3" x 3" uprights with 1" holes, the seat attaches securely to your rack and can be quickly adjusted or removed as your training setup changes.

The seat is designed to accommodate the VForce Pivot Arms, providing enhanced support, positioning, and stability for plate-loaded movements.
