The Pioneer Adjustable Foot Plate features a stainless-steel plate with anti-slip textured grooves for a secure and stable footing during rows, presses, and other exercises.
Attach it effortlessly to your Front-Foot Extensions or directly to your power rack uprights — perfect for performing seated rows from the Multi-Functional Bench or even directly from the floor.
Compatibility: Engineered specifically for Vesta Fitness equipment. Fits 3" × 3" metric-measurement uprights with industry-standard 1" or 21mm holes and 2" hole spacing, including the PRO Series, PIONEER Series, and VForce Series.
