Full tricep range. The two arms of the Y split at the bottom of the rep, giving you full tricep extension, the same movement you'd get on a cable machine, without the machine. Your hands sit in padded grip loops, not bare webbing.

Before you buy

Does it fit my HomeProGym band set?

Yes. The D-ring clicks onto any HomeProGym carabiner, so it works with every set and the door anchor. It also clips onto a cable machine at a gym.

Is this the same as the rope at my gym?

Same movement, smarter build. The Y-shape splits at the bottom of the rep just like the rope on a cable stack, then folds flat and leaves with you. The gym's rope stays at the gym.
