Ascent HB2 Selectorized Hip Thrust Machine

The GMWD Selectorized Hip Thrust Machine simplifies glute training with quick weight changes and an adjustable setup—without the hassle of positioning a bench and loading a barbell. A 200 lb weight stack adjusts in 10 lb increments with a selector pin, making transitions between warm-ups, working sets, and drop sets straightforward. The 1:1 cable ratio provides direct resistance from the selected load.

Seat height adjusts independently, while the seat and backrest slide forward and backward together to accommodate different body proportions. These adjustments help position the upper-back support and set the distance to the footplate for a more comfortable hip thrust setup. The elevated footplate provides additional clearance for the hips to lower, allowing a deeper starting position and greater range of motion. A padded hip belt with three attachment positions on each side offers adjustable lengths for a snug fit and helps reduce belt slack at the start of the movement.

Slip-resistant side steps provide intermediate footing for easier entry and exit around the raised training platform. For added training variety, integrated band pegs accommodate resistance bands to create variable resistance alongside the weight stack.
