The York Fitness 13 in 1 Utility Bench is the only bench you need for your home gym.

An innovative multi-functioning pin system ensures you can quickly and simply adjust the bench into 13 workout positions which instantly adds variation to your workouts.

This versatile bench can be used as a traditional utility bench in either the three decline, flat or the four incline positions, as a sit up board, for hyper extensions or as an arm curl bench.

 

There are 4 incline levels, 15%, 25%, 45% and 70%.

 The flat position provides a stable base for dumbbell and body weight exercises.

 

The 3 decline levels are perfect for dumbbell exercises and performing sit ups. 

 

In just a few adjustments the seating pad ingeniously flips to form a padded bicep curl pad.

Exercises can be performed in comfort thanks to the deep cushioned upholstered seat and backrest providing stable and protected support. The padded knee roll provides protection for the back of the knees whilst the adjustable foam roller pads on the leg hold down bar protect the ankles.

There are 4 hyper extension positions designed to work on core strength in the upper and mid back.

When configured into the storage position, the bench has a height of 19 cm, meaning it can slide easily under most beds and saves space extremely effectively.
