Our Tri Grip Olympic discs are perfect for workouts with Olympic Bars and also as hand held weights for a complete total body workout

The discs are made from steel with rubber coating, which protects them and flooring if dropped. They have a metal inner ring diameter 50mm, suitable for Olympic bars only.
