Our newest Hip Band, made of stiffer material than our standard model to provide more resistance.

Used to warm-up & activate hip/glute muscles. Wear round your knees and squat or walk to get your hips opened up for training! Great to train yourself to keep your knees out for Squat / Sumo Deadlift.
