The plates can be easily identified and added up on the bar by their standard colour code. Coated with coloured rubber, these cast iron plates won’t wear off over time. This not only looks good, but the rubber coating also gives a nice grip when handling the plates. The coating material also aids in reducing noise during lifting and loading.

A SNUG FIT

The centre steel bushing makes the loading a smooth thing and they’re made to fit 50mm standard Olympic barbell sleeves. Strength Shop's Coloured Rubber Coated Plates are in line with IWF guidelines.
