BENCH: ORIGINAL FLAT BENCH or ORIGINAL UTILITY BENCH

Flat Bench - Offers unmatched stability for a wide range of exercises, including presses, dumbbell rows, and hip thrusts. This four-footed bench is the ideal tool for one-sided exercises where you need extra stability. The bench is supplied with the original pad.

Utility Bench - Offers versatility. It combines the stability of a flat bench with the adjustability needed for a broader range of exercises. The adjustable seat and back pads allow for exercises such as reverse flies, incline bench press, and seated shoulder press, expanding your workout possibilities.

BARBELL: ORIGINAL 2028 OLYMPIC BAR

The 28mm Olympic bar is the workhorse of dynamic training. With a 20kg weight, straight steel shaft, and 50mm sleeves, this bar suits powerlifting and functional strength training equally well. The black E-coating protects against corrosion through years of training.

PLATE SET: 150KG Riot Cast or Bumper Plates

A standard 50mm opening ensures a snug and secure fit on the barbell, while the embossed weight increments allow for easy identification.
