Please note: while the loading pins are 50mm the coat of paint adds a fraction of mm on the thickness and this is good for normal plates such as bumper plates, cast iron plates, steel plates, but can be tight for "competition style" plates which have a fraction of mm smaller hole. Sled, suitable for training for events such as truck/car pull.
