The Extension Arms bolt onto the Gym Monster frame and route both cables overhead through independent articulating arms with multi-angle and height adjustment. True vertical lat pulldowns, high-to-low chest flyes, high rows and pressdowns, at home, on the machine you already own. Sold separately.
