Description:
Northern Angled Lat Pulldown Bar – Narrow Grip
A bar shaped for the pull, not just the grip.
The steep, narrow angled arms of this lat pulldown bar bring your hands in close and low through the movement, shifting more of the work onto the inner lats and mid-back. Built for anyone running cable work at home who wants to train the back from a different angle.
Built for Close-Grip Pulling
Enhance your lat workouts with our narrow-grip angled lat pulldown bar. Clip the bar onto a cable machine or pulley system and add narrow-grip pulldowns and rowing variations to your back sessions.Â
Key Features:

Contoured Paddle Grips
Flat, angled grip pads provide a secure and comfortable hold, giving you better control and stability through every rep.

How to Use the Angled Lat Pulldown Bar - Narrow Grip for Maximum Results
Set the Pulley High
Attach the angled lat pulldown bar securely to the upper pulley. Keep your legs in place without resisting your movements while adjusting the knee pad.Â
Keep Your Torso Stable
Sit upright with your chest lifted and lean back slightly. Brace your core to stop the weight from pulling your body forwards.
Drive Through Your Elbows
Make sure to hold the paddle grips firmly and pull the bar towards your upper chest. Pull with your hands but also focus on driving your elbows down.Â
Control the Return
Allow your arms to extend gradually until you feel a controlled stretch through the lats. Do not let the weight stack pull the bar back up or slam between reps.
Choose a Manageable Load
Use a resistance that lets you complete every repetition through a comfortable range of motion. Increase the weight gradually once you can keep your torso steady and control both parts of the lift.
