These dumbbells can be used to train your whole body. The hex shape stops them rolling between sets and the flat ends make them comfortable for heavy pressing movements. A knurled steel handle keeps grip secure through longer sessions.
Pair these with a weight bench to open up chest, shoulder and back work for a complete home workout.

Hex dumbbell packages
All of our dumbbells and kettlebells come with a free exercise chart to say thank you. Use the chart to maximise your workouts and hit the ground running.
All dumbbells and weight plates have an approximate tolerance of +/- 3%.
Please note: our dumbbells may have a coating of silicone oil, this is to preserve the rubber during storage and transport, this can be easily removed with a dry cloth. If using an antibacterial spray to clean down dumbbells, ensure that they are thoroughly dried after cleaning to prevent rusting.
You might be wondering...
We always advise training on rubber gym flooring when possible. This makes it safe to drop the dumbbells and avoids any scuffs and marks. That said, if you're careful when laying these down and picking them back up then they won't damage your flooring.
It all depends on your strength level and what you're looking to do with them. It's a good idea to have three pairs when you get started for light, medium and heavy movements.
For beginners, we'd recommend 2kg, 4kg and 6kg pairs.
If that sounds too light for you, then consider a 3kg, 5kg and 10kg pair.
Wipe the rubber ends down with a microfibre cloth to pick up any sweat or moisture. To clean the handle, use some WD-40 to prevent it from rusting and keep it looking as good as the day you bought it.
Pairs that are 12.5kg and below are shipped in a single box. Any orders over 15kg will come in separate boxes. These things are heavy so we're sure you can understand why! For mainland UK orders, you can usually expect your dumbbells on the next working day.
Standard delivery to UK mainland is FREE on all orders over £50 (geographical exclusions do apply, please check our delivery information page for details). We aim to get your order picked, packed, and dispatched as soon as we receive it - orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched same day, those received post 12 are more likely to be dispatched the following working day.
Please note, due to their size dumbbell pairs over 15kg will ship in multiple boxes.
Sometimes, due to the courier's logistics, the boxes may not be delivered together. If you receive a delivery of only some of your order, please don't panic, allow at least 48hrs for the rest of your order to turn up, and then contact us if you need us to chase anything.
If you're placing a large or heavier order, we will deliver it via our Specialist Freight Couriers 'Epic Logistics'. They will contact you within 48 hours of your order to arrange a convenient delivery day and will deliver to a ground floor room of your choice. Delivery is usually within 5-10 working days.

Products are covered under a one year warranty from receipt of delivery. Warranty covers any defects under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of the product defective because of improper materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Dependant on the issue we will take the following steps:
- Repair the product at no cost
- Repair or replace any broken parts
- Exchange with a replacement
- Offer a full refund
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage of the product resulting from negligence e.g. dropping the product
- Damage of the product resulting from unauthorised modification of the product
- Damage caused by weather or natural disaster e.g. rust if product is kept outside
- The product must only be used indoors in a temperature controlled environment and be left dry.
- Theft or loss of the product
- Improper cleaning
- No chemical solution should be sprayed directly onto the product, it can remove the paint/ceramic coating/ionised/chromed finish and can cause rust. Any damage to the product from chemical products will void the warranty.
