The MuscleSquad Phase 3 Modular Rack is the latest in our massively popular Phase 3 range, offering commercial-styled design at a price point that's suitable for the home market.

What sets this system apart in the Phase 3 range is its modularity. Everything connects to the central crossbeam at the top of the rack, which makes it much easier to customise years down the line. The smith rack and cable stack can be removed, and while we're selling these units as complete all-in-one trainers, we can build out custom models if you had something else in mind. 

The reason we opted for an all-in-one trainer build as standard is that, in a single product, users benefit from a fully functioning squat rack made up of 2.5mm thick powder-coated steel, an unweighted smith bar and a dual cable system with two x 100kg weight stacks that operate on both a 1:1 and 2:1 ratio.

It comfortably meets all of your at-home requirements and, at 218cm tall, does so without encroaching on your ceiling height too much. 

Due to the size and complexity of this rack, assembly typically takes 4–6 hours. We offer a professional installation service in selected postcode areas. Please note that this rack doesn't come with weight storage poles as standard, but these can be purchased separately if you'd like to store your weight plates on the side of your rack. Our Phase 4 storage poles fit this rack (we don't usually advocate mixing Phases, but in this instance we can confirm that the Phase 4 poles fit this unit).
