The Inspire Fitness Leg Curl/Extension Attachment is designed to connect seamlessly with the SCS and FID benches, providing a comfortable and effective way to perform leg extensions and hamstring curls. This attachment enhances your workout options by targeting the quadriceps and hamstrings, crucial muscles for lower body strength and development.

The attachment includes a built-in weight horn, allowing users to add Olympic weight plates for additional resistance, making the exercises more challenging as you progress. This gives you the flexibility to adjust the intensity of your workout according to your strength level.
