Excellent for isolation of the biceps and triceps, the GYM MASTER EZ Curl Bar helps to supinate the wrist to target the muscles whilst reducing the strain on joints. Designed from solid steel with a chrome finish and knurled grip. Suitable for use with 2" weight plates.
