Trap Bar

The trap bar is a perfect alternative to straight bar deadlifts or shrugs. As this bar evenly distributes weight around the body, it makes it a safer alternative for novice lifters, athletes or rehabilitation. Further versatility is available with the option of standard handle height or raised handle height. Great for reducing stress on the lumbar spine.
