Designed for Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and strength training, these blocks allow athletes to perform pulls, cleans, snatches, deadlifts, and other barbell movements from a variety of heights without the noise or instability of traditional wooden blocks.

Manufactured from recycled crumb rubber, our lifting blocks are built to withstand repeated drops while reducing impact, vibration, and noise. Their modular design allows you to quickly stack and adjust the height to suit different exercises, athlete abilities, and training goals. The interlocking system keeps the blocks securely in place during use, providing a stable platform for heavy lifts. Ideal for commercial gyms, CrossFit facilities, weightlifting clubs, schools, and home gyms.
