Pro Cable Multi Gym

The Factory Weights Pro Cable Multi Gym is the all in one solution to strength training. Constructed from our pro power rack this can be used for barbell work, smith machine training or dual cable pulley exercises giving a wide variety of training variation. It is compatible with a huge range of pro racking attachments. This allows you to add more storage and customise the rack to your training needs. The offset cables mean attachments like spotter arms and safety bars are not affected by the cables.

The Factory Weights Smith Machine Attachment offers a smooth, fixed track path for barbell movements giving controlled, safe and targeted lifting with reduced risk of injury.  The minimalistic design means it won't interfere with the functionality of your rack but the premium components make it as smooth and robust as a commercial grade smith. Set it a 0°, 6° or -6° depending on preference. Finished with built in spotters for enhanced safety. 

The Pro Cable System uses a 2:1 pulley ratio meaning that 20kg feels like 10kg when lifting. Choose from a 100kg Weight Stack constructed from steel plates with a 3% tolerance complete with mag loading pin for quick yet secure changes. Or choose from a plate loaded design so you can add your own 2 inch weight plates to 2 x 25cm loading pins with a capacity of 250kg total.            

The multi gym boasts rack roller trolleys which can easily roll up and down the uprights for quick adjustments and is secured by a steel pop pin. The cables are nylon coated galvanised steel and capable of holding up to 250kg per cable. All pulleys used in the system are aluminium for longevity and a smoother motion. The system includes pro cable handles but can be used with a host of cable attachments.
