DC Blocks® Flat Top

The DC Blocks® Flat Top is intended to be the top section of a stack of DC Blocks® for increased comfort with box squats or for an increased landing platform when performing plyometrics. It's also great when using the blocks for step-ups, or other assistance exercises. Flat Tops do not interlock with each other and are not designed to be stacked on top of another flat top. Sold individually.
