The Apex Plate Loaded Iso-Lateral Chest/Back combines a chest press and lat pulldown station in one footprint, letting facilities offer both pushing and pulling movements from a single machine. Independent arm paths allow each side of the body to be trained separately, helping to correct strength imbalances between limbs. The converging and diverging movement paths mirror the natural motion of the pecs and lats for a safer, more effective press and pull.
