The Apex Plate Loaded Glute Drive is built specifically to overload the glutes through a hip-thrust style pressing motion, with a padded hip cushion and adjustable footplate to dial in the range of motion. The low, kneeling starting position keeps tension on the glutes rather than the lower back, making it a safer alternative to loaded barbell hip thrusts. Its plate-loaded design allows for heavy, progressive loading as glute strength increases.
