1kg Fitness Racing Sand Bag

The Factory Weights 1kg Fitness Racing Sand Bags are perfect for Hyrox Youngstars Training or for bootcamps. Simply fill with sand to the stated weight and use for shuttle runs or combine multiple bags to increase the weight for certain exercises! The bags are constructed with commercial grade nylon. The sand is secured with 2 folding layers of industrial strength velcro.   

These bags are unfilled. We recommend using play sand to fill the bags up. Please note that the weight of the bag will depend on the density and size of the sand being used. Please note sand is not included.
