The Coolsleeve is a versatile compression sleeve designed for hot or cold therapy, helping to relieve sore muscles and joints while you relax or stay active. Its flexible compression fit stays in place comfortably, ensuring targeted 360° coverage for effective treatment.

How to Use

• Cold Therapy: Freeze in its protective bag for at least 2 hours. Slide over the sore area for up to 20 minutes.

• Heat Therapy: Warm in the microwave in 10–30 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Use for 15–20 minutes. Avoid overheating.

Care: Keep dry when storing; allow to fully dry if wet.
