Originally created for cross-country skiers, the SkiErg delivers a full-body workout that engages legs, core and arms in a smooth, continuous motion. Sharing the same flywheel and Performance Monitor as the RowErg, it helps build strength and endurance for athletes of all levels and can be adapted for those with lower-body injuries. Includes PM5 monitor, smartphone cradle and handle hooks.
