Muscle flossing and compression bands work by helping to release tissues that have become stiff or cold after injury by compressing swelling on muscle tissue and joints.

When you remove the compression band after stretching, you get a blood rush to the stretched area which helps with your recovery. 

Each roll of Muscle Floss is 7ft (213mm) in length, which is ideal for wrapping above and below your knee or elbow joint.
