The EZ Curl Bar is designed to limit stress on the wrists which reduces the risk of injury - especially when performing bicep curls.

The Bulldog Gear EZ Curl Bar has a 28mm diameter chrome black shaft, matched with standard 50mm diameter loadable bar sleeves in a contrasting silver chrome. All of our speciality Barbells are compatible with standard Olympic Weight Plates with 450mm diameter insert. The bar itself Weighs 11kg  with a loadable sleeve length of 190mm.
