Wooden Competition Gymnastics Rings

Adaptable, portable and reliable, the BLK BOX Wooden Competition Gymnastics Rings provide a natural, textured grip that performs well with or without chalk, allowing athletes to move seamlessly between exercises.

Each set includes heavy-duty black nylon straps that are numbered for easy identification and precise adjustments. The 6ft straps feature a carabiner and hook system with 3-inch increment adjustments, enabling exact lengths without any clips, reducing the risk of cuts or scrapes during training. The rings have a 32mm diameter, the standard size used in CrossFit gyms.

These competition-grade wooden rings can be attached to rig-mounted arm eyelets or wrapped around a pull up bar on a rig or rack.

Note: Open and close the clips 25 times before first use to ensure optimal grip efficiency.
