Technique Weight Plates

Ideal for beginners practicing and developing the technique for traditional Olympic lifts. Care should be taken when using these air plates, as they are made from a hollow plastic which is essential to get a full-sized plate weighing only 5kg. They should also only be used by themselves on a bar, not in conjunction with any other weight plate.
