Stinger Bar - 15kg

The BLK BOX Stinger Bar is a compact, high-performance barbell designed for athletes training in tight spaces without compromising on quality. At 1.77m in length, it’s shorter than a standard barbell, making it ideal for home gyms or commercial facilities where space is limited.

Featuring 1.2mm diamond knurling, the Stinger Bar provides an excellent grip for both weightlifting and powerlifting movements — aggressive enough for control, yet smooth enough to minimise hand fatigue during high-volume sets. Each hardened chrome sleeve is fitted with two needle bearings, ensuring a smooth, consistent spin during Olympic lifts.

Weighing 15.86kg, the Stinger Bar is engineered for serious CrossFit athletes, matching the high-quality specs of barbells used in top-level competitions such as Wodapalooza.

Please note: Due to its unique length (1778mm), the Stinger Bar is not compatible with standard rigs and racks. For squatting movements, we recommend using BLK BOX Utility Squat Stands or similar alternatives.
