The landmine is a unique, multi-directional swivel that allows for rotational exercises and presses for core strength training, as well as stability, rotational strength, and upper body mobility. The BLK BOX Floor Mounted Landmine can be used with any standard barbell by simply slotting the barbell into the 60mm diameter tube. We do recommend bolting this product to the floor with the M10 Sleeve Anchor provided.
