The Plate Loaded Leg Press is engineered to deliver powerful lower-body training with smooth, controlled movement and outstanding user safety. Designed to target the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, and calves, it provides a highly effective way to build strength and muscle while reducing stress on the lower back.

Featuring four chrome weight sleeves, the machine offers substantial loading capacity using standard Olympic plates, while four integrated storage pegs keep weight plates organised and within easy reach. The leg press has a starting resistance of 47kg and a max load of 450kg, making it suitable for both progressive strength development and advanced training.

A three-position adjustable seat allows users to customise their setup for optimal comfort and biomechanics. The large bump-textured footplate provides secure traction throughout every repetition, and the middle handle makes entering and exiting the machine simple and convenient.

For enhanced safety, the machine includes three catch positions, including a lower fail-safe position, along with a rotating arm that unlocks the weight for use and securely engages the catch and safety stops.
