Designed to take users from a flat bench press through to a fully upright shoulder press, the Multi Press offers six adjustable back pad angles - 0°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, and 85°. A single pull-pin system controls both the seat and backrest simultaneously, allowing fast, intuitive transitions between exercises so training momentum is never interrupted.

Six handle positions provide further versatility, enabling users to find their optimal grip for every movement and body type. Ultra-smooth ball bearings ensure a fluid, consistent pressing motion throughout the full range of motion, while a 133.5kg weight stack provides ample resistance for both novice and experienced lifters to train and progress effectively.
