The BLK BOX Goliath Jammer Arms gives athletes the ability to reconfigure a Goliath power rack to offer an endless amount of training options. The adjustable Jammer Arms are compatible with all BLK BOX Goliath Gym Rigs & Power Racks and can gives the athlete the ability to perform everything from incline bench presses to rack pulls, shrugs, squats, deadlifts, bent-over rows, snatches, and lunges. Please note the Jammer Arms work outwards from the power cage, so you will need to ensure you have 1m of clear space in front of your rack.
