Bilateral Leg Press

The Bilateral Leg Press enables athletes to isolate and target specific muscles with the two independent cradles and three seating positions. Each footplate allows a variety of placements, letting users adjust comfort or change the training stimulus to target different muscle groups.

With a true weight percentage of approximately 65%, the machine ensures effective resistance whether using a single cradle or both cradles together. Eight precision self-aligning linear ball bearings provide smooth travel across the full extension of the cradles, accommodating athletes of all sizes.

High-density foam back and seat pads with a durable vinyl leather cover provide firm, secure support and comfort throughout every movement. Four loadable zinc-plated utility pegs allow up to 400kg of total weight, while additional pegs provide convenient plate storage when not in use.
