The BlackBear Leverage Squat Landmine Attachment uses the body's natural range of motion to build lower body strength without compromising your joints. By incorporating angled resistance, it promotes neutral alignment at the wrists, shoulders, and hips — allowing more natural flexion and extension through the ankles, knees, and hips than a traditional barbell squat. The result is a deeper, more comfortable squat with better muscle activation and less joint stress.

Attaches to any 2" Olympic barbell and landmine post. Barbell and landmine not included.
