Description:
Press More. Lift Smarter. Train Harder.
The Adjustable Jammer Arms 2.0 are a major step up from the original — redesigned from the ground up to give you more control, more versatility, and a cleaner setup on your rack. Sold as a pair, these are built for serious lifters who want to get the most out of their modular or B-1 folding rack.
Key Features
The redesigned bracket now features 13 adjustment holes, letting you pre-angle the jammer arm before your lift — no more reaching for the handle mid-set. This is especially effective for chest press, where the arm can be positioned behind the bench before you even begin. Plastic touch points inside the bracket protect your rack uprights from scratching, and the detachable mounting bracket means quick changes between sets. The straight and angled grip options on the handles make these suitable for a wide range of exercises — from chest press to bent over row.
50mm Hole Spacing for Fine Adjustments
50mm hole spacing runs along the front and side of each arm, giving you precise handle and accessory positioning. These holes can also hold J-Cups, reducing how often you need to remove the arms from your rack entirely.
