Flared Handle Design

The handles flare outward from a narrower base to a wider end, giving you the flexibility to target different muscle groups. Use the narrow end to isolate the triceps and shoulders, or shift to the wider end to bring the chest into play — all from a single attachment.

Adjustable & Easy to Fit

Height-adjustable and tool-friendly (M12 spanner required), the Dip Station fits racks with 60x60mm uprights and a 1" / 26mm hole. Compatible with the Modular Series rack and B1 folding racks. All nuts and bolts are included for assembly.
