Providing a safe and soft workout zone for push ups, glute raises and more using premium EVA foam to provide a soft but stable base to push from and an anti-slip base to keep you safe. The Hip Thrust Bench has become the popular kit choice used in many modern workouts and can also provide you with a stylish comfy rest stop at the end of your reps in your gym!

EVA foam is tested to perform better than EPE foam. Being more durable and with a strength and density five times better than EPE making it slightly more expensive than EPE but worth it especially when our Hip Thrust Bench is placed in a commercial environment.

Built for all your lower body workouts and hip thrust exercises but is also large enough to be used for a variety of other exercises too such as dumbbell chest press or fly.
