Axle Bar Stubby

Axle bars are a very simple bar but extremely effective at altering the stimulus.

Axle bars have no bearing and therefor you have to generate additional rotational force when using for Olympic movements. In addition they have a larger diameter and no knurling providing greater strain on your grip.
