Tricep ropes are widely used for an array of tricep exercises and the Pro Series rope fits on all standard carabiner clips. It has a heavy-duty, thick, black rope with oversized rubber stoppers. This ensures users not only get an excellent grip on the rope but can utilise maximums weight without their hands slipping from the rope.
