The Primal "It's Heavy" 4 Needle Steel Olympic Bar has been engineered to be used as a multi-purpose bar for Power-lifting, Weight-lifting and use in functional fitness boxes. When designing the “It's Heavy” bar we used 4-needle bearings for a smooth, reduced friction spin, with brass bushing for extra support. The bar is heavy duty and tested to 190,000 pounds per square inch.

The “It's Heavy” bar has no centre knurl, with dual classic knurling for Power and Olympic lifts and is warrantied for being dropped when used with quality bumper plates. The bar has a good flex/whip for weight-lifting and will always spring back perfectly. The “Be Strong” bar has slightly less flex than the “It’s Heavy” bar. The Ionised black finish offers a great patina overtime.
